Introducing three workshops exploring the temperaments, constitutions and factors that influence our health and wellbeing. Learning to identify and understand the different underlying constitutions and the influences we face in our search for the self, we strive towards our own higher development.
You will learn to work with awareness and empathy in your relationships and the life situations in which you find yourself.
Workshop One: Exploring the 3-Fold Human Being Wednesday 14th May 9.15-11.30am
Nerve Sense (thinking), Rhythmic (feeling) and Metabolic (willing) systems, their interactions, their polarities and their balance in health and illness.
Workshop Two: Exploring the 4-Fold Human Being Wednesday 21st May 9.15 – 11.30am
Ego (true self), Astral (emotional self), Etheric (living or energetic self) and Physical self. What are they, how are we influenced by them and how can we work with them and keep them in balance?
Workshop Three: Identifying, Understanding and Working with the Temperaments Saturday 7th June 10am – 3pm
Looking at the Four Temperaments and learning to recognise and work with the predominant temperament in ourselves and others. When are we balanced within the temperaments and when do we fall into one-sidedness? This is an experiential workshop where we will explore the temperaments through group work, practical exercises and movement. Kelly Papas will introduce us to Eurythmy to help further our understanding of each of the temperaments.
